Creating a Category

Use Categories to organize and store your content and templates

Content categories

Categories work like folders in a folder tree. Categories are located in the Content Library, below the Network Overview.

Step 1

Locate your department's category in the Content Library. Right click on the category and select New Category in this Category '[department category]'.

Step 2

The category Properties box opens. Give the category a descriptive Name.

Step 3

Select the Suggested Recurrence.

Click OK.

Step 5

The new category will display in the content list.

Template Category

Step 1

Locate your department's category in the Template Library. Right click on the category and select New Category in this Category '[department name]'.

Step 2

The Properties box opens. Give the category a descriptive Name.

Click OK.

Step 4

The new template category will display in the template list.
